Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

• Global Standard Shipping: For global delivery (3 to 5 business days)
• Premium Shipping: (3 to 5 business days) Insured against package loss, damage, and theft.

• As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will become active within 48 hours.
• You can track your package directly through our website tracking page or the link provided in the email.

• Ipswich Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at info@ipswichhealth.com within 48h of delivery with photos of the damage.
• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier directly or reach out to our customer support.
